Are the gases like CO2 and O2 exchanged between the plants and the atmosphere during photosynthesis in aqueous form??

no because co2 is always needs to plant so that we get oxygen

yes but only in little amounts..
because most probably they are exchanged in gaseous forms through transpiration..
through roots o2 is exchanged in agueous forms..
