hey!!!
-------------------------------------------------
Are the properties of a molecule same as the properties of their composition atoms?
•The answer is NO! The properties of a molecule is not same as the properties of their composition atoms. I'll explain this to you through a simple example of water [H2O].
•Water H2O molecule is formed by the combination of Hydrogen [ H2 ] and Oxygen [ O2 ].
•2 H2 + O2 ------------------------------ 2H2O
•Now, hydrogen is a gas, Oxygen is also a gas but the molecule of water they form is a liquid.
•Also hydrogen is flammable, Oxygen is a supporter of Combustion while water is used to extinguish water.
Hence there are a lot many differences between their properties.
Hope it helps!!!...
