Definition of crumb structure. : a soil condition suitable for farming in which the soil particles are aggregated into crumbs.

They need to be removed as sometimes they make aggriculture difficult to plug the field but they can crushed or breaked down into simple or thick soil which can reduce the problem

Answer:

If crumbs are present in the soil, trees can't grow properly because roots can't stretch their ends and it disturbs the flow of water and nutrients from the soil. Crumbs can be removed from the soil by tilling the land which breaks the crumbs to fine particles of soil.
