when we see stars in the universe we see their light which is twinkling in the universe and these stars are very far from us and distance from us is million light years we know that light of speed is very high and millions of years it take to reach the earth by travelling a million of distance

No , they are not there actually . As we know the concept of "Refraction of Light" . In this case our atmosphere is a denser medium and the outer space is rarer . So they are slightly away from thei actual position !
