Answer:

Some Natural disasters can be predicated and warned about before hand.

Explanation:

Natural disasters are naturally occurring events by elements like water, air etc. For example earthquake, hurricane, twister, flood, thunderstorm etc.

Earthquakes are unpredictable but their magnitude can be measured after its occurrence along with its movement of plates inside Earth's mantle. Hurricane is sea storm with heavy rain and strong winds. It can be predicated before days along with intensity and site of occurrence. Twisters occur both at sea or land. It can be predicted before hand too just like floods and thunderstorm or dust-storms in desserts.

Modern technology for predicting natural disasters includes low-power wide area network sensors, wireless transmitters and complicated algorithms. These help Meteorological departments or related to predict/warn about storms, volcanoes etc.

Early warning helps to avoid or reduce the impact of disasters such as floods, landslides etc.
