There exists a hell lot of states of matter. At the core of Neutron stars a hypothesised state of matter called Quark-gluon plasma exist. Here the protons and neutrons 'melt' into quarks and gluon soup. Also the matter in neutron stars is called neutronium which is only supported by neutron degeneracy pressure.
