Are there seeds which float on water? Would those be lighter or heavier than those which sink? Why would they be lighter?

yes there are some seeds which float on water.they would be lighter than those seeds which sink,and they would be lighter bcoz they are empty seeds or seeds without an embryo or some seeds will be get eaten by some organisms like insects etc..........
