HERE IS UR ANSWER DEAR,

all whole numbers are rational numbers

but

all rational numbers are not whole numbers

example :

  • 7 is a whole number .
  • and it can be written as 7/1 which is in the form of p/q (I.e) in the rational form
  • all whole numbers are rational only .
  • there is no whole number which does not satisfies p/q form

but

  • 2/3 is a rational number
  • and also can't be written as whole number.
