the first will be the negative root of 2/3
the second will be root of negative 2/3

The 2 r different coz in first the -ve sign is outside means when v wld find the root of the no. den the answer may be in +ve or -ve but it's not in the case of 2 option it's inside the root means it's attached to the digit 2....so the 2 things r different.
