Tetra atomic means there are 4 atoms in the molecule of that substance.
Mono - Helium , neon ,argon (noble gases)
Di. - oxygen,nitrogen,carbon monoxide
Tri. - ozone,carbon dioxide
Tetra - phosphorus,ammonia
