Oscillation is a definite distance covered by the movement about its equilibrium position, vibration is referred to the physical change brought about due to movement of the body. Oscillation can be seen in the swinging of a pendulum clock and vibration in the plucking of guitarstring.

vikrantsoni: yrr bss sidhi sidhi baat hai
vikrantsoni: jo pendulum me hota h wo occilation
vikrantsoni: or jo string mai hota h wo vibration
vikrantsoni: dono mean position se start hote h
vikrantsoni: or mean position pr he khatm
riya1000: Ok! Thanks! Your answer is nice too, but the answer suited my needs better, so I had to mark him Brainliest...Sorry!

When something completes one two and fro movement then it is said to be have completed one oscillation.Fast oscillation are reffered to as vibration.
