Whole numbers are closed under addition and multuplication. They are not closed under subtraction and division.
Examples:-
•2+3=5 is a whole number.
•20+51=71 is a whole number
•5×6=30 is a whole number
•10×100=1000 is a whole number
•6-5=1 is a whole number
•5-7=-2 is not a whole number
•6÷3=3 is a whole number
•2÷4=1/2 is not a whole number
