Yes, Ofcourse, More then 95% of students are dependent on their parents for paying their books and fees. Till the age of 13, children should depend on their mother and father for or 90% and after age of 13 they will be 70 or 60% dependent but when they turn 18 they are just 30% dependent on their parents. After 18 we can even spend an completely independent life.

And yeah I am dependent on my parents for paying my book and school fees.
