An atom is the smallest particle of matter that makes up molecules after clumping together .

during ancient time it was believed that an atom is an Indestructible thing but now it is considered wrong by the various theories . an atom is made up of three subatomic particles namely - electrons , protons and neutrons .

so it's so it was proved wrong that an atom is Indestructible .

8008 scientist name John Dalton proposed a new Theory on atom that is Delton atomic theory . history is stated that an atom is Indestructible indivisible part of a matter .

However , the current scientist have proved it wrong .
