Area of inner circle = πr sq.

= 22/7 × 31 cm × 31 cm

= 3020.28 cm sq.

Area of outer circle = πr sq.

616 cm sq. = 22/7 × r sq.

616 × 7/22 = r sq.

196 = r sq.

14 cm. = radius
