as we know that area of rectangle = l * b

1045.44 = 3x * 2x

1045.44 = 6x^2

x^2 = 1045.44/6

x^2 = 174.24

x = root 174.24

x = 13.2cm

length = 3x = 3 * 13.2 = 39.6 cm

breadth =2x = 2 * 13.2 = 26.4cm
