let the length and breadth of rectangle be 2x and x, respectively

A. T. Q.

2x*x=2450

2(x)^{2}  = 2450

 {x}^{2}  = 1225

x=35

the length=70 and breadth =35

Now,

perimeter of rectangle=2(l+b)

=2(35+ 70)

= 2*105

=210

Again,

perimeter of square=210

side*4=210

side. =52.5

now again,

area  of square  \:  {side}^{2}

 {52.5}^{2}

2756.25.

Answer:

the breadth is = 35 and the perimeter = 210m

Step-by-step explanation:

area = 2450

let breadth = 'b'

let length = '2b'

area = l x b

2450 = 2b x b

2450 = 2b^2

b^2 = 2450/2

b^2 = 1225

b = √1225

b = 35

therefore , breadth = 35m

length = 2b = 2 x 35 = 70m

therefore, perimeter = 2(l + b)

                                  =2(70 + 35)

                                  =2 x 105

                                  =210

perimeter = 210m
