Let area of rectangle = x cm^2
Therefore area of square =  \frac{2x}{3} +4

According to Question
Area of square = 64 cm^2
 \frac{2x}{3} +4 = 64
2x + 12 = 192
2x = 180
x = 90 cm^2

Area of rectangle = x cm^2 = 90 cm^2

Area of rectangle = lb
90 = l. \frac{2l}{3}
90 =  \frac{2l^2}{3}
270 = 2l^2
135 = l^2
l =  \sqrt{135}
l = 12.04 cm
b \frac{2l}{3}  \frac{2*(12.04)}{3} = 8.02 cm
