SOLUTION:-

Given:

Area of square of side 20cm is equal to the area of parallelogram is the base pf the parallelogram is 25cm.

To find:

The height of the parallelogram.

Explanation:

We know that, area of square: [side]²

We have,

  • Side of Square= 20cm

Area of square= [20cm]²

Area of Square= 400cm².

According to the question:

We know that, area of parallelogram:

Base × height

We have,

  • Base of parallelogram= 25cm.

Therefore,

=) Base × Height= 400cm²

=) 25cm× Height= 400cm²

=) Height= 400/25

=) Height= 16cm

Thus,

The height of the parallelogram= 16m.
