Solution :

Here, area of an equilateral triangle is given as 36√3cm².

We'll find the side of the equilateral triangle.

As we know that

It's an equilateral triangle, so all sides will be equal.

Finding area :

Area of the equilateral triangle = √¾ a² [ where a is side of the equilateral triangle ]

➟ √¾a² = 36√3

➟ a²/4 = 36

➟ a² = 36 × 4

➟ a² = 144

➟ a = √144

➟ a = 12cm

Side = 12cm

Finding perimeter :

Put the value of a [ side ] in the formula.

➝ Perimeter of the equilateral triangle = 3 × side

➝ Perimeter of the equilateral triangle = 3 × 12

➝ Perimeter of the equilateral triangle = 36cm

Therefore, perimeter of the equilateral triangle is 36cm.
