side of square = 28

so the largest circle inside a square will have same diameter as the side of that square

so diameter of circle = 28 cm

radius = 14 cm

area of the largest circle inside a square = Pi.r.r ( pi is 22/4 constant and r is the radius)

= 22/7 * 14 * 14

= 22 * 14 * 7

= 2156 cmsq

Answer:

for the largest circle diameter must be the largest hence,

Diameter = 28cm

Radius = 14cm

Hence area is πr^2

22/7 × 14 × 14 = 616
