hello there!!!

Let the length of the rectangle be 'x 'm
then Acc. to the question , breadth of the rectangle is 2/ 5 x m

Now,
Area of the rectangle = L × B
= x × 2/ 5 x = 2x²/5 m²

Area of the square = 64 m²
a² = 64 = 8² , a = 8m

Now , Again Acc. to the question

64m² = 4m² +2/3 × 2x²/5 m²
64 -4 = 4 /15 x²
60 × 15/4 = x²
x² = 15 × 15
x= +15 , -15
x= 15 m
length of rectangle = x= 15m
breadth of the rectangle , 2/5 x = 2x/5 = 2 × 15 /5 = 6 m

hope it helps you.....
