In the figure it is obvious that the figure is made up of 2 ∆+ rectangle

And the dimensions of rectangle are 50×70

And base of triangle is 30 cm

2×Height of Triangle=70-50

2H=20

H=10cm

So height of Triangle is 10cm

Now find the area!!

Area of figure=Area of rectangle+ 2×area of Triangle

$⟹l \times b + \cancel2( \frac{1} { \cancel2} \times B \times h) \\ \\ =(50 \times 30) +( 30 \times 10) \\ \\ =1500 + 300 \\ \\ = 1800 {cm}^{2}$

So the final Area of figure is 1800cm²
