Let one side be x. Then
other is x+8
Given,
$\frac{1}{2} \times 9 \times (x + (x + 8)) = 198 \\ 2x + 8 = \frac{198 \times 2}{9} = 44 \\ x = 18$
Therefore, parallel sides are 18 cm & 26 cm
