Area = 270
Distance between parallel lines = Height = 20
Ratio of sides = 4:2.
Let one side be 4x and other side be 2x.

Area = 1/2 × ( Sum of lengths of parallel sides ) × Height.
By substituting the above values,
270 = 1/2 × ( 4x + 2x ) × 20
270 = 20/2 × ( 6x)
270 = 10 × 6x
6x = 270 ÷ 10
6x = 27
x = 27 ÷ 6
x = 9/2
x = 4.5

So, sides are 4x = 4 × 4.5 = 18 cm
Sides are 2x = 2× 4.5 = 9 cm

Hope it helps !! ;-)
