let one side (a)= x
other side would be (b)= x+4
height (h) = 19
area of trapezium = 1/2 × height (a+b)
475 = 1/2 × 19 ( x+x+4)
475 ×2/19 =2x +4
50 -4=2x
46 = 2x
23 = x
one side = 23
other side = 27
other side would be (b)= x+4
height (h) = 19
area of trapezium = 1/2 × height (a+b)
475 = 1/2 × 19 ( x+x+4)
475 ×2/19 =2x +4
50 -4=2x
46 = 2x
23 = x
one side = 23
other side = 27

Area of Trapezium = 475 cm^2
Height of Trapezium = 19 cm
Let one parallel side of Trapezium be x then the other will be 4x
Now,
1/2 × (sum of parallel sides) × h = 475
1/2 × ( x + 4x ) × 19 = 475
1/2 × 5x × 19 = 475
95/2 × x = 475
x = 475 × 2/95
x = 10
Now one Parallel side of Trapezium = 10 cm and other parallel side = 4×10 = 40 cm
Height of Trapezium = 19 cm
Let one parallel side of Trapezium be x then the other will be 4x
Now,
1/2 × (sum of parallel sides) × h = 475
1/2 × ( x + 4x ) × 19 = 475
1/2 × 5x × 19 = 475
95/2 × x = 475
x = 475 × 2/95
x = 10
Now one Parallel side of Trapezium = 10 cm and other parallel side = 4×10 = 40 cm
