Solution :-

Length of the perpendicular = 25 cm

Area of triangle = 100 cm²

Length of the other side or base = ?

Area of triangle = 1/2*Base*Height

⇒ 100 = 1/2*Base*25

⇒ Base = (100*2)/25

⇒ Base = 200/25

⇒ Base = 8 cm

So, length of base is 8 cm
