Area of parallelogram = base * height

Area of triangle:

\sqrt{s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c}

where s = a+b+c/2

For equilateral triangle:

Area=\frac{\sqrt{3}a^2}{4}

Area = 1/2*base*height

Hope it helps you.
