Arithmetic progression formule....

If 'a' is the first term and 'd' is the common difference for an AP then,

* The 'nth' term (ie.tn) of AP is given by,

tn = a + (n-1)d , where n € N.

* The sum of first n terms (ie. Sn) of an AP is given by,

Sn = n/2 x [ 2a + (n-1)d] , n € N.
