so now shreya's age is x+5 because five years have passed and similarly arjun's age is 3x+5.

in the question, it says his current age(3x+5) is equal to twice of shreya's age- 2(x+5)

3x+5 = 2(x+5)

3x -2x= 10-5
x=5

so,
shreya's present age(x+5)= 5+5=10 years old.
arjun's present age 2(x+5)= 2(5+5)
= 20 years old.
