It's not practically possible but it's hypothetically possible by making 1.5 people stand in rows..

According to the question;

6 rows, 24 persons and each row 5 persons.

Now,

selection of 5 rows from 6:-

⁶C₅ = \frac{6!}{5!* 6!}

=6 Ways

arranging 24 people in 25 places:-

²⁵P₂₄ = \frac{25!}{(25 - 24)!}

= 25!

Total arrangements = 6 × 25!

Arrange 24 persons in 6 rows, so that each row has 5 people in 6 × 25!.
