Activities from lowest to highest breathing rate is as follows :
Sleeping, Reading, Jogging and Running.
• Our breathing rate increases gradually when our muscles work hard.
• When we are sleeping and reading at that time our muscles will be in a relaxed position so breathing rate is normal.
• when we are doing exercises like running and jogging at that time our heart muscles work harder so muscles need more oxygen that's why our breathing rate is high at that time.
