Let us calculate masses in each case

1) oxygen 1 amu = 16

2) nitrogen atomic mass = 14

3) oxygen 1 amu = 1.661 x 10-24g

1 mole of Ca = Its atomic weight = 40g

4)Mass of 6.022 X 1023 atoms = 40g

Then mass of 1023 atoms of Ca = 1023 X 40 / 6.022 X 1023 = 6.4g

Increasing order according to their masses: 0.1g of O < 0.1 mole of oxygen  <  nitrogen atomic mass 14 <1023 atoms of Ca
