Heyaa user!!!
----------------------------------------------

Here's your answer :-

We know that the negative numbers are always less than 0.....

Means that they are always less than every positive numbers or u can say rational numbers.....

So here since we have to arrange in ascending order that is smallest to largest, -3/12 will come on the first number for sure....

Now we are left with two more numbers that is, 1/5 and 7/9.....

Now,

Let us first find the LCM of 5 and 9 .....

So, their LCM is 45.........

**LCM of two two odd numbers is always their product **

Now, we will make 1/5 as an equivalent fraction having 45 as denominator....

So we multiply 1/5with 9/9

1/5*9/9=9/45..........

Now, we will do the same with 7/9 and multiply with 5/5

7/9*5/5=35/45

Now, we got two like fractions 9/45 and 35/45

We can now compare easily.....

So, 9/45<35/45

=>1/5<7/9.....

So finally out answer is :-

-3/12<1/5<7/9.....

Hope this helps!!!!

If any kind of doubt is there, do lemme know....

Mark as brainliest if u found the help worthy!!!

Good luck :-)

Answer:

-3/12 , 1/5, 7/9

Step-by-step explanation:

Since -3/12 is a negative number I will be the smallest

then we have left 1/5 and 7/9 so, let's first take LCM of 9 and 5 LCM is 45 so our numbers we get are 1/5×9/9 = 9/45 2nd number we got is 7/9 ×5/5=35/45

Now we can compare easily that 1/5<7/9

so our answer is -3/12,1/5,7/9
