Arrange N, O, and S in order of decreasing Ionisation potential.

so N has half filled p orbital(p3) its difficult to remove electron (thats why N has low ionisation potential)

then o is highly electronegative and has p4 so its easy to remove electron compare to nitrogen

and last is S because its easy to remove electron from it .

so that's why sequence is N>O>S
