Arrange Si,S,Cl,P in the order of decreasing covalent radius.

Si > P > S > Cl.In modern periodic table the elements are arranged as Si, P, S, Cl. As we go across the periodic table, the nuclear charge increases therefore the order of size will be S>P>Si.
