 \large \frac{3}{8},  \frac{4}{12}  ,\frac{ - 7}{16},  \frac{ - 2}{3}

First take the L.C.M. to make the denominators same.

L.C.M. of 8,12,16,3= 2×2×2×2×3= 48

 \rightarrow \frac{3}{8}  \times  \frac{6}{6} =  \frac{18}{48}   \\  \\  \rightarrow  \frac{4}{12} \times  \frac{4}{4}   =  \frac{16}{48} \\  \\  \rightarrow  \frac{ -7 }{16} \times  \frac{3}{3}  =  \frac{ - 21}{48}  \\  \\  \rightarrow \frac{ - 2}{3}  \times  \frac{16}{16}  =  \frac{ - 32}{48}

 \rightarrow \frac{ - 32}{48}  <  \frac{ - 21}{48}  <  \frac{16}{48}  <  \frac{18}{48}

 \implies  \frac{ - 2}{3}  <  \frac{ - 7}{16}  <  \frac{4}{12}  <  \frac{3}{8}

Hope it helps you....
