Correct order is :-

{\boxed{F^{-} , Ne , Na^{+} , Mg^{2+}}}

Explanation:-

Isloelectronic species :-

The species of two or more elements in which their atom have same number of electrons is called isloelectronic species.

  • In Fluoride ion their is 8 electrons in valence shell.

  • In Neon it is already 8 valence electrons in shell.

  • In sodium ion it losses 1 electron and complete it's octet of eight electrons .

  • In magnesium it also losses two electrons and for magnesium ion which has also eight Electrons in its valence shell.

Hence,

All species has same number of electrons therefore they are isloelectronic speices.
