Hello Mate

First lets make these like fractions

-5/12 , -11/8 , -15/24 , 7/9 , 12/36    (-7/-9 is same as 7/9)

LCM of all denominators = 2x2x2x3x3= 72

-5/12=  -30/72

-11/8 = -99/72

-15/24= -45/72

7/9= 56/72

12/36= 24/72

Ascending order= -99/72 < -45/72 < -30/72 < 24/72 < 56/72

Descending order= 56/72 > 24/72 > -30/72 > -45/72 > -99/72

Hope It would Help

Answer:

Ques

-5/12,-11/8,-15/24,-7/-9,12/36(-7/-9 is same as 7/9)

Step-by-step explanation:

-5/12,-11/8,-15/24 are negative so it is smaller than 0.

7/9,12/36 are positive so it is greater than 0

Now let us compare -5/12,-11/8,-15/24

LCM of 12,8,24 is 24

-5*2/12*2,= -10/24

-11*3/8*3= -33/24

-15*1/24*1= -15/24

So,

-10/24<-15/24<-33/24

Thus,

-5/12<-15/24<-11/8

Now compare 7/9and12/36

LCM of 9and36 is 36

7*4/9*4 = 28/36

12*1/36*1=12/36

So,

12/36<28/36

Thus

12/36<7/9

Arrange in ascending order

-5/12<-15/24<-11/8<0<12/36<7/9

Arrange in descending order

7/9>12/36>0>-11/8>-15/24>-5/12

Thank you

Hope it helped you
