Answer:

Amount of solute=2g

Amount of solvent= 18g

Mass percentage = Mass of solute÷ Mass of solution × 100

mass of solution= 2g+ 18g= 20g

So, 2g÷20g×100 = 10%

so, the mass % of solute= 10%
