Mid point of diagonal PR is (22+12/2,5+11/2) or (16,8)

Mid point of diagonal QS is(7+3/2,24+10/2) or (5,17)

So mid points of diagonals are different.

Hence diagonals do not bisect each other

Hence PQRS is not a parallelogram
