3Ls of women empowerment

Education is the key to the spirit of women-

"If you educate a boy, then you train a man. If you educate a girl, then you train a village."

Female education is the basis on which everything should be

Created.

Education enhances the condition of people and helps to isolate separate divisions in the context of gender, gender, caste, caste etc. Best, education is a breaker of shackles- the bond of boycott and insularity. Without good quality education, any serious damage can occur at the starting point. Education has always opened wide open doors of opportunity.

According to the 2011 census, male literacy rate in India is 82.14% whereas female literacy rate is 65.46%. Low levels of literacy have a negative impact on the lives of women and their families. Apart from this, it also adversely affects the economic development of the country. Many studies have shown that uneducated women have high levels of fertility and mortality, poor nutrition status, low earning potential, and small autonomy in every Home.

The lack of education of a woman also has a negative impact on the health and welfare of her children. For example, a recent survey in India found that infant mortality was inversely related to the mother's educational level. In the constitutional constitution, the Government of India is clearly committed to empower women. Provisions The constitution guarantees the equality of all Indian women (Article 14), no discrimination by the state (Article 15 (1)), equality of opportunity (Article 16), and equal pay for the same work (Article 39 (D)). Apart from this, it allows the state to make special provisions For the part of women and children (Article 15 (3)), the dignity of women (Article 51 (A) (E)) abandons the offensive practices, and the state only permits provisions to safeguard human and other conditions Also gives for work and maternity relief (Article 42).

The 3 Ls of women empowerment are:

Learning (education), Labour (employment) and Leadership.

These are a very important part of every women's dream and dignity and to deny this is to deny them the simple freedom of lvivng.

The right to be educated and to educate is important for awareness and self-growth.

Equal treatment and opportunities in employment is important for their self-respect, confidence and dignity. lastly, to allow them to lead means to allow them to rise and live up their dreams.

Women empowerment does not mean favoring women and not men, it means, treating both women and men equally and respectfully. the suffering caused because of the denial of all the 3 Ls is a painful, traumatizing and demotivating.
