Freedom in liberal thought means freedom from oppression , not freedom from responsibilities. The only limitation on freedom is that an entity cannot perform initiatory force , threat of force or fraud against any other entity or it's property.

Freedom is a word which means with which we can do whatever we want, but if there is no freedom it means somebody want to directly rule over it.
Just take a example of our india when british want to rule over rhe india at that time we are not freedom citizens. Then our freedomfighter fight for us and made india as a freedom country.
