Modern generation is blessed with a lot of things like technology and lots of gadgets that make our life simple. But alongside with blessings there comes curses too.Due to increased use of mobile, tablets, internet surfing ,social media, etc. people are becoming addict to the new technology. They are too much dependent on technology that they would starve themselves to post their or their food's perfect picture on social media.Due to increased use of technology the face to face conversation or meetings have decreased resulting in to loneliness, depression, and stress. Also due insomnia cased by overuse of mobile or smartphone or tablet the life expectancy of modern generation have also decreased.Insomnia also causes stress and fatigue.People's eyesight are also decreasing from very young age due to exposure of naked eye to the screen of gadgets. Overusage of gadgets results into stress as they forget to rip away their face from smartphones and enjoy nature & its breathtaking views.
