Bharat Broadband Network Limited (BBNL), a company which operates “Bharatnet Project” to provide high-speed internet to all the household, offices or institutions.
Bharat net targeted to connect 2,50,500 gram panchayats in the country with an optical fiber network for high-speed internet.
Digital India will access to government service online or E-governance system for easy access to services.
It also helps in the reduction of corruption and black money in the country, as all transactions will be transparent being digitally recorded.
It helps in offices, schools, and hospitals to have easy access to the internet and can give their best with the help of digital machines and the internet.
Digital India aims to make every person in India Digitally literate and provide the best government services to the citizens.
