in the month of may we celebrate national egg month egg contains alot of protein to keep  us longer period of time and energize throughout the day egg only contain 70 calories we can use egg as a snack and even egg controls our weight management,muscle strenth ,brain develpment etc egg yolk contains vitamins of D,A and E
