Effective communication s about more than just exchanging information.Its about understanding the emotions and intentions behind the information.As well as being able to convey a message.
Thete are he four skills that will make you able to covey a message more effectively.
1)Engaged listenning.
2)Non verbal communication
3)managing stress in the moment (v.important)
4Asserting yourself in a respectful way.
While these are learning skills,communication is more effective when it becomes spontaneous rather than formulaic. A speech that is read,for example rarely has the same effect as aspeech that is delivered (or appear to be delivered) spontaneously.
Offcourse it requires time and effort to devolop these skills.The more effort you will put in thhe fruitfull skills you will get.So practice and hardwork is required for effective communication.
