Today's generation is too much crazed about the fast foods. Fast foods is really yummy to eat but they will really cause many problems to us in our day to day life. We all love fast food more over the food that is made in our home which is more good and hygenic. We all mostly everyone including me have fast food everyday and we love it a lot but the fast foos isn't good. We all know it but also we all love to eat the fast food because fast food is yummy to eat. This craze will not reduce at all. But we need to see through that the we are having the fast food in a limited way. The fast food is not easy to digest as the normal food get digested. It takes a lot of time when compared to the normal food.
