If we write the equation of line in intercept form, it will be
x/12 + y/6 = 1
x intercept = 12 units
y intercept = 6 units
area of triangle = (1/2)×6×12 = 36 sq. units

u can also draw the line in graph
take x co ordinate as 12 and y co ordinate as 6
then area = (1/2)xbasexheight = 36 sq units
I got..Options r correct 24 sq unit is d ansr.
