Sports and games makes a person physically and mentally fit. Sports means a set or a group of games. Each games gives us a special relaxation and fitness. High jump, long jump, triple jump, standing broad jump, shotput, discuss throw, javelin throw, race, relay etc... are the different games. The jumping gamesgives us a relaxation to our legs and their muscles. Race gives us a whole body fitness. Throws give us a relaxation to our hands, their muscles and also shoulders.
